Co-written by Nick Hexum and S.A. Martinez during the 311 tour supporting Grassroots, this single from the album 311 was re-serviced to radio in September 1996 and became one of the band's signature songs. The track uses elements of the Stalag riddim and samples Yellowman's "Mister Chin," while also incorporating instrumental sampling and interpolated vocals from Tenor Saw's 1985 song "Ring The Alarm."
