Al Jarreau

Al Jarreau was a Milwaukee-born vocalist who blended jazz, pop, and R&B with his distinctive scat singing technique. After years performing in clubs, he released his debut album in 1975 and went on to win Grammy Awards across three different categories: jazz, pop, and R&B. His 1981 album "Breakin' Away" brought him mainstream success and established him as a versatile crossover artist.
