Art Garfunkel

Art Garfunkel pursued a solo career after his partnership with Paul Simon ended in 1970. His debut solo album "Angel Clare" reached the top five, and he continued recording throughout the decade with a focus on pop standards and contemporary ballads. Garfunkel's pure tenor voice remained his signature, particularly on his cover of "I Only Have Eyes for You" and the film theme "Bright Eyes."
