Augustus Pablo

Augustus Pablo brought the melodica to prominence in reggae and dub music from his base in Kingston, Jamaica during the 1970s. His instrumental productions and collaborations with engineer King Tubby resulted in influential dub albums like "King Tubby Meets Rockers Uptown." Pablo ran his own Rockers International label and released numerous albums before his death in 1999.
