Beenie Man

Beenie Man emerged from Kingston, Jamaica in the early 1990s as a dancehall artist, having started performing as a child. His 1997 album "Many Moods of Moses" brought him international attention, blending traditional dancehall with hip-hop influences. The single "Who Am I" became a major crossover hit, helping establish Beenie Man as one of dancehall's leading artists during the late 1990s and early 2000s.
