Donny Osmond

Donny Osmond began performing as a child with his brothers in The Osmonds before launching a solo career as a teenager in 1971. His cover of "Go Away Little Girl" became his first solo number-one hit in 1971, making him and his father the first father-and-son duo to both have number-one hits on the Billboard Hot 100. Throughout the 1970s, Donny balanced his solo career with his work in The Osmonds and later as a duo with his sister Marie.
