Eruption

Eruption was a British disco group formed in 1974, fronted by vocalist Precious Wilson from Jamaica. Their biggest hit came in 1978 with "I Can't Stand the Rain," followed by "One Way Ticket" in 1979, which became a major European hit. Wilson's powerful vocals helped distinguish the group in the crowded disco market of the late 1970s.
