Heaven 17

Heaven 17 formed in Sheffield in 1980 as a synth-pop trio featuring vocalist Glenn Gregory and former Human League members Martyn Ware and Ian Craig Marsh. The band achieved their biggest successes with their first three albums, including The Luxury Gap (1983), and their video for "Temptation" became well-known during the era.
