Jack Johnson
Jack Johnson grew up on the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii, transitioning from professional surfing to music after a career-ending injury. His 2001 debut "Brushfire Fairytales" introduced his laid-back acoustic folk-pop style, featuring gentle melodies and introspective lyrics. Johnson's subsequent albums, including "In Between Dreams" which featured "Better Together," established him as a major force in mellow, beach-inspired acoustic music throughout the 2000s.
