Kelly Rowland

Born in Atlanta, Georgia, in 1981 and raised in Houston, Texas, Kelly Rowland was a member of <a href="/artist/destinys-child/">Destiny's Child</a> from the group's formation through their 2006 disbandment. Her 2002 duet with Nelly, "Dilemma," spent ten weeks at number one on the Billboard Hot 100 and won the Grammy for Best Rap/Sung Collaboration. Her solo debut album Simply Deep (2002) reached number one on the UK Albums Chart, and she later scored a second UK number one with David Guetta's "When Love Takes Over" in 2009.
