Meat Puppets

Arizona alternative rock band Meat Puppets blended punk, country, and psychedelic influences throughout their career. Their 1993 single 'Backwater' became their biggest mainstream hit, gaining wider attention after Nirvana covered several of their songs on MTV Unplugged with the Kirkwood brothers joining as guests.
