1 video the 90s

Shakespears Sister began as a collaboration between former Bananarama member Siobhan Fahey and American singer Marcella Detroit in 1988. The duo combined pop with gothic and theatrical elements, achieving their biggest success with "Stay," which topped the UK charts for eight consecutive weeks in 1992. Their album "Hormonally Yours" became a major commercial success before the pair split in 1993.
