Tim Buckley
Tim Buckley emerged from the Los Angeles folk scene in the mid-1960s with an extraordinary vocal range and adventurous musical spirit. Across nine albums before his death in 1975, Buckley moved from folk rock through jazz fusion and avant-garde experimentation. His song "Song to the Siren," recorded in 1968, became one of his most enduring works, though it wasn't widely released until years later.
