U.S.A. For Africa was the supergroup formed to record "We Are the World" as a charity single for African famine relief. The 1985 recording brought together dozens of major artists including Michael Jackson, Lionel Richie, and Bruce Springsteen in one of music's most ambitious humanitarian efforts.
