Yazoo

Yazoo was a British synth-pop duo formed in 1982 by vocalist Alison Moyet and synthesizer player Vince Clarke. They disbanded in 1983 after releasing videos for "Don't Go", "Situation", and "Only You" during their brief one-year existence.
