Written by Beyonce, Robert Waller, Jay-Z, and Scott Storch for Dangerously in Love (2003), the song features Jamaican dancehall musician Sean Paul and contains a lyrical interpolation of "No Fear" by hip-hop group O.G.C. Released as the album's second single on August 3, 2003, it topped the US Billboard Hot 100 for nine consecutive weeks. Jake Nava directed the music video, which mostly shows Beyonce dancing in various locations.
