Originally written and recorded by Scottish singer Annie Lennox for the B-side to her 1992 single "Precious", this song was reworked by Whitney Houston for the 1996 film The Preacher's Wife soundtrack. Houston's version replaces Lennox's verses with new lyrics, features backing vocals by Lennox, and the accompanying music video was directed by Paul Hunter.
