Co-written by Aly & AJ with Antonina Armato and Tim James of production duo Rock Mafia, who also produced the track, this song was released to radio by Hollywood Records on June 27, 2006, as the second mainstream single from the deluxe edition reissue of their debut album Into the Rush. The song served as the duo's debut international release, and a re-recorded version was released on July 22, 2022.
