Written by Nelly, Antoine Macon, Ryan Bowser, Kenneth Gamble, and Bunny Sigler, this R&B ballad interpolates Patti LaBelle's 1983 song "Love, Need and Want You" and describes a man infatuated with a woman in an existing relationship. Released as the second single from Nelly's album Nellyville (2002), it peaked at number one on the US Billboard Hot 100 for 10 consecutive weeks and won the Grammy Award for Best Rap/Sung Collaboration at the 45th Annual Grammy Awards. The music video, directed by Benny Boom and filmed on Colonial Street, depicts Nelly attracted to his new neighbor Rowland despite her being in a relationship.
