Julien Temple
Julien Temple worked across diverse artists in the 1980s and 1990s, directing videos for Bryan Adams' "(Everything I Do) I Do It For You," Sade's "Smooth Operator," and Tom Petty's "Free Fallin'" (co-directed with Piers Garland). His approach varied from cinematic narratives to performance-based concepts, showing adaptability across rock, pop, and soul. Temple also maintained connections with punk and new wave acts like The Kinks and Stray Cats while building a parallel career in documentary and feature filmmaking.
