Kevin Kerslake
Kevin Kerslake directed four Nirvana videos in the early 1990s, including "Come As You Are," "Lithium," and "In Bloom," using grainy film stock, fragmented editing, and archival footage to create a raw, anti-commercial aesthetic. His work with the band captured the lo-fi sensibility of grunge before the relationship ended in legal disputes. Kerslake continued directing for alternative rock acts like Stone Temple Pilots and later worked with Velvet Revolver and Blue October in the 2000s.
