Spike Jonze
Spike Jonze built his reputation in the 1990s with conceptually inventive, often surreal videos that paired visual gags with technical precision. His work includes the 1950s pastiche of Weezer's "Buddy Holly," the single-take choreography of Fatboy Slim's "Weapon of Choice," and the handheld chaos of Beastie Boys' "Sabotage." Jonze worked with Fatboy Slim and moved into feature filmmaking while continuing to direct occasional music videos and commercials.
