Don't Speak
Written by Gwen Stefani and Eric Stefani, "Don't Speak" was initially conceived as a love song but was reworked into a breakup song reflecting Gwen's ended relationship with bandmate Tony Kanal. The song topped the Billboard Hot 100 Airplay chart for 16 weeks and reached number one in multiple countries including Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom. It was nominated for Song of the Year and Best Pop Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocals at the 40th Grammy Awards.
