I Heard It Through The Grapevine
Written by Norman Whitfield and Barrett Strong, "I Heard It Through the Grapevine" was originally recorded by Gladys Knight & the Pips in 1967 and later by Marvin Gaye, whose version topped the Billboard Pop Singles chart for seven weeks from December 1968 to January 1969. Creedence Clearwater Revival recorded an eleven-minute interpretation for their 1970 album Cosmo's Factory.
