Jesus Built My Hotrod

Written by Al Jourgensen, Paul Barker, Bill Rieflin, Michael Balch, and Gibby Haynes of the Butthole Surfers, "Jesus Built My Hotrod" was released in November 1991 as the first single from Ministry's album Psalm 69. The industrial metal track with rockabilly and psychobilly elements reached number 19 on the Billboard Modern Rock Tracks chart with approximately 128,000 copies sold as of mid-July 1992.
