Written by Ben Goldwasser and Andrew VanWyngarden for the album Oracular Spectacular, this song was first performed by the duo at Wesleyan University in 2003 when they were students. It later became the center of a legal dispute with Nicolas Sarkozy's UMP party over unauthorized use in political campaigns.
