Let Them Talk

Written by Sonny Thompson and produced by Henry Glover, this 1959 Little Willie John single on King Records opens with the lyrics "Let them talk if they want to, talk don't bother me." The song has been covered by George Benson, James Brown on Say It Loud - I'm Black and I'm Proud (1969), and Lonnie Mack on Glad I'm in the Band (1969). Hugh Laurie, Gary U.S. Bonds, and Marva Wright each used it as a title track for their respective albums.
