Written by David Bowie and co-produced with Nile Rodgers of Chic, this rock song with new wave elements was released as the opening track and third single from his 1983 album Let's Dance. The single peaked at number two on the UK Singles Chart and number 14 on the US Billboard Hot 100, and a music video directed by Jim Yukich featuring a performance from the Serious Moonlight Tour was released in 1983.
