Written by Beyonce, Scott Storch, Robert Waller, and Angela Beyince for Dangerously in Love (2003), the song interpolates from Donna Summer's 1975 song "Love to Love You Baby." Released as the album's fourth and final single on March 14, 2004, it peaked at number three on the US Billboard Hot 100. Jake Nava directed the music video, which was inspired by the dancing of Cyd Charisse and Fred Astaire in the 1953 musical comedy film The Band Wagon and features Beyonce dancing with Usher; it won Best Female Video at the 2004 MTV Video Music Awards.
