Nowhere Man

Written by John Lennon and Paul McCartney, "Nowhere Man" was released in December 1965 on the album Rubber Soul and later as a single A-side in the United States and Canada in February 1966. The song peaked at number 3 on the Billboard Hot 100 and number 1 on the Record World chart, and was performed in three-part harmony by Lennon, McCartney, and George Harrison with an identical lead guitar solo played in unison by Harrison and Lennon on matching Fender Stratocasters.
