Oh L'Amour
Written by Vince Clarke and Andy Bell, this April 1986 single became one of Erasure's signature songs despite initially failing to chart, gaining popularity in dance clubs through the "Funky Sisters Remix." The single featured a cover of ABBA's "Gimme! Gimme! Gimme! (A Man After Midnight)" as a B-side, and when remixed in 2003, the song finally became a UK Top 20 hit, peaking at number 13.
