Featured on Guns N' Roses' debut album Appetite for Destruction, this is the only song on the record to include a synthesizer. Released as a single in January 1989, it peaked at number five on the Billboard Hot 100 and topped the Irish Singles Chart, becoming the band's third Top 10 hit.
