Pride (In The Name Of Love)
Written by Bono, Adam Clayton, The Edge, and Larry Mullen Jr., this song about civil rights leader Martin Luther King Jr. was produced by Brian Eno and Daniel Lanois for U2's 1984 album The Unforgettable Fire. Released as the album's lead single in September 1984, it has since become one of the band's most popular songs and was included on The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame's 500 Songs that Shaped Rock and Roll list.
