Rhiannon
Written by Stevie Nicks and recorded by Fleetwood Mac on their 1975 eponymous album, this song hit number 11 on the U.S. chart in June 1976 and was voted number 488 in The 500 Greatest Songs of All Time by Rolling Stone magazine. Nicks often introduced it live as "a song about an old Welsh witch," and during 1975–1982, her live performances were so impassioned that drummer Mick Fleetwood recalled "her Rhiannon in those days was like an exorcism."
