Released in July 1989, this Italian house track topped the UK singles chart for six weeks and became the UK's bestselling single of 1989. The original version sampled Loleatta Holloway's "Love Sensation" without permission, prompting legal action and a reissue with rerecorded vocals by Heather Small. Written by Daniele Davoli, Dan Hartman, Mirko Limoni, and Valerio Semplici, it appeared on Black Box's 1990 debut album Dreamland.
