Roll Away the Stone
Written by Ian Hunter and recorded by Mott the Hoople, "Roll Away the Stone" was re-recorded for their 1974 album The Hoople, with Ariel Bender on harmony lead and Lynsey de Paul singing the vocal bridge. The band performed it on the BBC's Top of the Pops in November 1973.
