Released as the fourth and final single from Intensive Care on 22 May 2006, "Sin Sin Sin" was written by Williams, Stephen Duffy, and Chris Heath and remixed for single release with a quicker tempo, additional hand claps, and new instrumentation. The track peaked at number 22 on the UK Singles Chart, becoming Williams' first single to miss the UK top 20, though it reached number one in Hungary and the top 20 in Australia and several European countries.
