Stay (I Missed You)
Written by Lisa Loeb and produced by Juan Patiño, "Stay (I Missed You)" was released in 1994 for the Reality Bites soundtrack after actor Ethan Hawke submitted it to director Ben Stiller. The song became a number-one hit on the Billboard Hot 100, making Loeb the first artist to top the chart before being signed to a record label, and its music video was conceived, produced, and directed by Hawke.
