Streets of Philadelphia
Written by Bruce Springsteen for the 1993 film Philadelphia starring Tom Hanks, an early mainstream film dealing with HIV/AIDS. Jonathan Demme, who directed the film, and his nephew Ted Demme directed the music video, which depicts Springsteen walking along desolate city streets.
