Written by Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus as a tribute to Stockholm, this September 1978 single was ABBA's second non-album release and topped the charts in Finland, Ireland, and Sweden. While it charted within the top ten in thirteen countries, both writers have expressed dissatisfaction with the final mix, and the song was scrapped from the Voulez-Vous album sessions despite later appearing on Greatest Hits Vol. 2.
