Vivrant Thing
Released on Q-Tip's debut solo album Amplified and produced by Q-Tip himself (with Jay Dee credited as co-producer in the album liner notes), this song became the fourth rap song to reach number one on the Billboard Hot R&B Airplay chart since 1992. It peaked at number 26 on the Billboard Hot 100, making it Q-Tip's highest charting solo single to date, and samples "I Wanna Stay" by the Love Unlimited Orchestra.
