Always On My Mind

Pet Shop Boys Dir. Jack Bond Play Channel
1987 80s synth pop

Originally written by Wayne Carson, Johnny Christopher, and Mark James, the Pet Shop Boys' hi-NRG interpretation transforms the ballad into synth-pop. Their version followed earlier recordings by Brenda Lee, Elvis Presley, and Willie Nelson.
