Chad Kroeger

Chad Kroeger is the lead vocalist and guitarist of Canadian rock band Nickelback, formed in Hanna, Alberta in 1995. In 2002, he recorded "Hero" for the Spider-Man film soundtrack, collaborating with members of Saliva, Theory of a Deadman, and Josey Scott. The track showcased his songwriting and production work outside of Nickelback, becoming a substantial radio hit.
