Drowning Pool

Drowning Pool formed in Dallas, Texas in 1996, playing aggressive nu-metal that combined heavy groove-oriented riffs with intense vocals. The band released their debut album "Sinner" in 2001, featuring the aggressive track "Bodies" which gained widespread attention. Tragically, original vocalist Dave Williams died in 2002, but the band continued with different singers, maintaining their heavy sound through subsequent releases.
