Little River Band

Little River Band formed in Melbourne, Australia in 1975, blending soft rock with harmonies influenced by The Beatles and The Beach Boys. The group found substantial success in the United States with smooth, melodic tracks like "Reminiscing," "Lonesome Loser," and "Cool Change." Founded by guitarist Beeb Birtles and featuring vocalist Glenn Shorrock, the band became one of Australia's most successful musical exports during the late 1970s.
