Nick Cave
Nick Cave formed the post-punk band The Birthday Party in Melbourne in the late 1970s before establishing Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds in 1983. His dark, literary songwriting draws from gospel, blues, and rock traditions, with albums like 'Murder Ballads' (1996) and 'The Boatman's Call' (1997) showcasing his narrative depth. Cave has remained prolific for four decades, also composing film scores and publishing novels alongside his music career.
