Nick Drake

Nick Drake recorded three albums of intricate folk music between 1969 and 1972 for Island Records, featuring his distinctive finger-picking guitar style and melancholic vocals. Despite receiving positive reviews, his albums sold poorly during his lifetime, and he died in 1974 at age 26. Drake's music found a substantial audience decades later, with "Pink Moon" and his other work becoming widely appreciated long after his death.
