Texas
Texas formed in Glasgow, Scotland in 1986, led by vocalist Sharleen Spiteri and guitarist Johnny McElhone. The band's debut album "Southside" in 1989 featured the hit "I Don't Want a Lover," which brought them immediate success across Europe. Texas went on to become one of Scotland's most commercially successful bands, particularly during the 1990s with albums like "White on Blonde."
