The Hives

The Hives formed in Fagersta, Sweden in 1993, playing energetic garage rock revival with punk attitude. The band gained international attention in the early 2000s as part of the garage rock resurgence, with their album "Veni Vidi Vicious" originally released in 2000. Their music emphasized raw, stripped-down rock with sharp hooks and high-energy performances that helped spark renewed interest in garage rock.
