Thin Lizzy
Thin Lizzy formed in Dublin in 1969, led by bassist and vocalist Phil Lynott, one of rock's first Black Irish frontmen. The band blended hard rock with Celtic influences and became known for their twin lead guitar harmonies, particularly during the Brian Robertson and Scott Gorham era. Their biggest success came with 1976's "Jailbreak" album, which featured "The Boys Are Back in Town," and they continued releasing successful albums like "Black Rose" and "Chinatown" through the early 1980s.
